The Pawsie Promise: 10 Commitments to Safety & Calm Play
Trained Handlers
Every Pawsie handler is trained in body language reading and positive reinforcement. We keep small dog-to-handler ratios for calm, attentive supervision.
Safety Leadership
We use written protocols, daily safety checklists, and an emergency plan reviewed with our consulting vet/behavior specialists. Health logs track appetite, mood, and potty so we spot issues early.
Extensive Evaluation Process
Meet & Greet includes vaccine/history review, a gentle nose-to-tail comfort check, and a slow, one-by-one intro to play. We never force interaction—confidence comes first.
Playrooms by Size & Temperament
Groups are set by size, age, energy, and play style with quiet zones for shy pups. We rotate activities to prevent overstimulation and keep play friendly and fun.
Home-Style Rest
Our open floor plan and residential setting feel like home. For deeper rest, pups enjoy private 4×4 glass suites with elevated beds, dim lighting, soft music, custom meals, meds when needed, and cozy nap or overnight time.
Dog-Safe Cleaning
Fragrance-free, vet-approved products for spot cleaning during play; full sanitation twice daily and between stays. Bowls, toys, and bedding are washed and sanitized for each pup.
Hygiene-First Surfaces & Traction Zones
Easy-to-sanitize tile floors are mopped/steam-sanitized on schedule. Non-slip runners in high-energy/water areas and paw-dry stations keep things clean and steady.
Climate-Controlled Comfort
Consistent temps, fresh air circulation, and weather-aware outdoor time. Shade, water breaks, and scheduled rest keep pups comfortable in every season.
Proactive Updates
You’ll get friendly “pupdates” with photos, quick behavior notes, and clear check-in/out briefings. Need us? Two-way texting makes reaching your handler simple.
A Village of Knowledge
We keep learning—through certified courses, vet partnerships, and fellow pros—and we listen to you. Your preferences live in your pup’s profile so every visit gets better.
